Parker Lake Trail is a 3.6 mile out and back 2-3-hour day hike(3.6 mile round trip). The hike to Parker Lake passes through wild ridge lands, aspen and pine forest and travels part way along creek bed. The hike ends at the glorious high alpine Parker Lake. The incline is moderate and the lake is stocked for fishing. The trail head is located at the north end of the June Lake Loop (State Rte. 158). A popular trail but expect lighter trail traffic than on those closer to towns June Lake and Mammoth Lakes. Hiking up to Parker Lake there are some wonderful views down to Mono Lake!
