Livelihood Opportunities: Dried Fish Processing

To help host community members in Cox’s Bazar cope with the COVID-19 pandemic, IOM has been offering alternative income-generating activities, with USAID's Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance support.

Since 2017, close to 11,000 host community members have accessed livelihood opportunities, and more than 6,000 Rohingya refugees have benefitted from self-reliance services.
