When I get a snarky comment or criticism in my comments, I go to the commenter's channel and look . . . and they NEVER have videos posted on their channels. They have all that "expertise" to post such awful comments, but somehow never get around to publishing themselves.

They are on Youtube to be a troll, not to participate in the community. After that, it's just a matter of hiding the user.
