How To Reset Your Instagram Explore Page

When it comes to resetting Instagram explore page, there isn't a secret setting to turn on. You simply have three different options for retraining the Instagram Algorithm.

First, clear all search history. This will remove your recent searches from Instagram.
Next, remove any likes on posts that are no longer relevant. There is a page in your settings that shows you all liked posts. You can remove likes from any post you no longer like.

Then, tell Instagram what you don't like by giving it a heart and tell it what you don't like by searching for things you don't like and click no interested.
This is a bit time-consuming, but it will redesign your explore page for you the more you do it.

Very interesting, my Security does not have an option to “clear search history…” I’m so tired of getting ads every other post… I’ve gone through all of the ad options and nothing works… only started happening after Meta took over😡

this doenst help sadly, my explore page used to be full of my interest and suddenly just went back to default. on my other accounts its stillw orking normally, but on that account its ahs been set back to landscape and architecture for like 3 months now and it doesnt change at all. no matter how many posts of interest i will like or how many landscape pics i put "not interested in", it wont change anything, only thing that changed is that it sometimes gives me like 2 reels and most reels on the explore page are of my interests, but still no photos..

On a iphone "clear search history" doesn't show up as an option, as well as "posts you like". I don't see these options. Once Meta took over the menu's look different.
