I love this Man! I am a 63 retired nurse living in Maine.(was terminated from my nursing job for not getting the "shot"..that's another story)Very active, healthy habits, low weight .I have always had a low BP.Last week was told by my Doc said my BP 150s/80.She said she would "watch it "and may at some point think about " meds" .Never once mentioned foods/ exercise or stress management .I found Dr Story's videos on Hypertension management. What a gift!!!God bless you sir.!Trying everything you have suggested !! Already have seen the lowering of my Systolic with the deep breathing exercises ! We need more Mefical Practitioners like Dr Story!

YES, Avoid the dirty politics, only stress, avoid thinking about all embarrassing things, just walk and enjoy CA always bright sun and optimistic blue skies. Sure one can also enjoy mostly e-biking, pedalling up and down only on PAS 1. Stress is the body mechanism that opens the door to all kind of bad medical conditions. The best thing I ever did for myself was start walking. I’ve been on a three year journey of weight loss. I’ve lost 60 pounds . I have issues with no thyroid and that was what was causing me to not be able to lose weight until now . I’m not gaining weight like I was before. Blood pressure has definitely been an issue for me for years even with losing the weight. It runs in my family, unfortunately . But I’m determined to make a difference and not let it be me that it takes . I’ve went down 4 sizes in clothes. I still had the blood pressure problems but when I started walking, I noticed a big change and I keep a faithful watch on my blood pressure . I go to the doctor and I go to my heart doctor also. The walking will be my life from now on. I wish I would’ve done it sooner. I walk twenty minutes to thirty a day sometimes two a day and I absolutely am so in love with it ❤. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on walking because if anyone ever questions it, it does help.😊. Thank you for sharing your channel. God bless….🎄♥️🎄

I’ve been trying to walk lately without thinking of stuff and listening to phone. Essentially listening to nature like you mention. Thanks for the tip. Work in progress over here

Dr Story your such a blessing 5 minutes of walking so true that works … Ty for the lessons on deep breathing to relax. My neighborhood is riddled with drug s difficult for my son but if you can’t get out walking in place Utube has lots of help. I’m older remember to walk backwards for balance is the key to prevent falls. Happy Holidays!🎄

I've become addicted to walking outdoors. The physical and mental benefits are incredible. Living in Montreal, Canada, winters can be very cold, but that doesn't stop me from going outdoors. These days I walk anywhere from 10-16k steps per day, sometimes more. Best thing I ever did for myself and beats a gym any day!

I did try the BP pill… did nothing for me but make me frustrated, dizzy, lethargic.. so I’m trying Dr Story… the breathing is helping relax me, doing Mediterranean Diet, now adding the 5 minute walk several times a day… no pill. PS still having half a Pepsi but only 2 times a week. Lost 50 lbs and want to shed another 20.

Everything you said about Drs putting us on drugs is true.
Been on pressure meds for 20 years. Had problems with them all
Ive been following you & another Dr for several months now & no longer on any meds.
Also natural beet juice & powder in my smoothies
Ofcourse I’m very cautious about my diet.

It’s possible to live without meds & care for ourselves
Techs take our pressure after asking questions & then want to take our pressure. Bad idea!
Ofcourse our pressure will be higher.
Oh I also switched to Pink hemalayen salt
And always about Nitric Oxide.

Thank you Dr Story. Having chiropractic adjustments every 3 or 4 weeks helps me also. I use powered organic peanut butter. Its just peanuts, too!
