The poor boy didn’t even get the chance to live his life.. this is so sad and tragic.. there has to be tougher laws and penalties against driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.. and especially committing manslaughter in this case..I hope justice will be served.. may the boy and grandma rest in eternal peace🙏🙏🙏
