Indonesia is an example of how economic potential, good geography, and a skilled population can be undone by bad and corrupt leadership.

Indonesia is home to a burgeoning economy with a gigantic population. If it can iron out chronic issues such as endemic corruption, Indonesia will rapidly transition towards a high-income nation.

Indonesia doesn't need to be the richest. Indonesia needs better income equality, cleaner governance of politic and business, and to be in the high income countries standard. For all of these, big effort must to do. Hopefully it all will be in the future

Pertamina might be big but its profit margin is small. Pertamina's main jobs are providing energy and market stability.

For those wondering how to say Gojek, just say go-jack.

That’s not a good look. Based on its population of 280 million, Indonesia should have atleast 428 companies in the Fortune500, not 110 to maintain the same company-to-population ratio as Thailand, which has 70 million people and 117 companies.

I see Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore as more superior.

My dad is working for this company. I could say they are the best company in Indonesia that treats their employees the best way. They cover our health care and give a lot of benefits for our family

Indofood has built her empire in Africa (Nigeria, Egypt), Europe (Serbia, Malta), and in the Middle East. I forgot the name of all the countries who have Indofood factories now. I am living in Italy and many people eat Indomie noodles made in Serbia.

Pertamina's Renewable Energy Division clearly has put exponential growth in Biosolar's (research & development, as well asl) production capacity & trading capacity locally and overseas. They got 30% mix Biosolar fuel (30% derived from CPO's downstream, and 70% from extractive oil sourced). They project to have huge growth capacity into 50% mix Biosolar, and then finally 100% pure Biosolar (originated and catalyzed from CPO natural oil) so that a half of the yearly national output capacity of 40 million tonnes CPO oil will be absorbed by the renewable energy sector of Pertamina's Biosolar production and trading. So, its clearly prepared and projected that the output capacity of sales volume of oil will be more then double in 2024 - 2034 period.
