I loaded mecrisp-stellaris-stm32f103 and none of the crucial words are in the dictionary like PORTB ENABLE. Did you make these defines or are they located somewhere on the internet?

Nice video. 1bitsy is little more expensive, STM32F103 would be the better option to get your hands dirty with Arm Microcontroller, as it is only $2 chip .
