Meatballs:
1 13oz can of evaporated milk
3 pounds of hamburger
2 cups quick oatmeal
2 eggs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup chopped onion(optional)
2 tsp salt (can be omitted)
2 tsp chili powder

Mix and Shape into golf ball size balls, place in glass or ceramic pans in a single layer.

Sauce:
2 cups of ketchup
1 cup of brown sugar
2 TBSP Liquid Smoke - Don't skip this
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup chopped onions (optional)
