Tip for the Dr Denis Gross pads. Cut them in half save the second half for the next day. Makes 30 uses turn into 60. I keep them in a ziplock bag after the first use. There’s enough liquid on the pads that half a pad works great. 👍🏼

You're so smart not to walk alone when it's getting dark. Someone once taught me not to post any maps or apps showing where I walk. Change up your walking path often, don't do the same routine over and over. Don't walk with completely silencing headphones. I try to remember all of that to stay safe 😊
