Leadership is a group of people representing an institution that has a mandate/deliverables to achieve.

Africa needs people with courage who take good actions against corruption, poverty, crime, drugs, and teach people how to accommodate diversity in cultures and beliefs rather than trying to centralize beliefs. Jesus took actions and died for the good of mankind according to the Bible but today we have leaders in churches who talk and no actions, afraid to fight for what is good... We all want God to love and protect us while we cannot protect each other ...

All I can say people should come out from this denominations (system) then they will have personal relationships with God and knowing themselves their God instead of following the instructions of the wolves pastors😢😢😢

There are members in church that can be better pastors than the pastor himself, infact some pastors are leading ppl who are more qualified than them
