Hello 👋 ok I hurt my knee last year and my claim was denied so my case is trying to get a hearing to this day and now Ive been at my new job now since December i hurt my back this past Thursday from a co worker not helping me lift something heavy I didn't want to make a big deal about telling my new job should I still say something or report it I'm just afraid cause I already have a claim from a previous employer with my knee injury?🙏⁉️🤔

Things been confusing for me I hurt my knee on the work site I was put on light duty and 2 days later I was drag by the company pick up truck because the lady wasn’t paying attention, my doctors tell me one thing but in the report it’s way different I’m still having problems with my knee already had surgery but requesting a knee replacement because my knee still bothering me and now my lower back is giving me issues I received appeal notice from my lawery it has been a year since my injury I’m requesting worker comp pay.

My lawyer recently filed for adjudication. I got hurt in a container 3 tables fell on top on my shoulder. The employer never reported and they sent me to my own doctor and told me to lie where i got hurt at. 2 weeks after was laid off.
