Rome Travel Video - This is a slide show video of a trip Traveller Channels Maxi and Maro made to Rome, Italy a few years back. This was before the time we started our YouTube and therefore did not have a video camera or a good camera. None the less we still got some lovely photos from this Holiday in Rome and hope that all interested in a vacation to Rome or just a City Holiday in Rome will enjoy watching our experience in this absolutely beautiful Italian City. We had a fantastic time and without any doubt will return for another visit if not many more visits.
In this video you will see our hotel the Hosianum Palace Hotel a lovely 4 star hotel located centrally in Rome within easy walking distance of almost all the top attractions Rome has to offer. Attractions and landmarks to look out for include, Area Sacra dell'Argentina, Campo de' Fiori, Piazza Navona, The Pantheon, Fontana di Trevi, The Spanish Steps (Scalinata della Trinità dei Monti, Piazza di Spagna), the view from the Church of the Santissima Trinità dei Monti; Il Vittoriano monument and the view from the church of the Santissima Trinità dei Monti, "Basilica Papale di San Pietro in Vaticano", Piazza del Popolo, The River Tiber, Castel Sant'Angelo, Ponte Sant'Angelo, the Pillars around the Square of the St. Peter's Basilica, Saint Peter's Square ( Piazza San Pietro), View over Vatican City, Inside the St. Peter's Basilica, The Roman Colosseum (The Colosseum), Capitoline Museums - Musei Capitolini, Roman Forum (Forum Romanum), Piazza Venezia e Monumento a Vittorio Emanuele II, Geppettos workshop (aka. Pinocchio), Senatus Populusque Romanus - The Senate and People of Rome (SPQR), Capitoline Wolf, Romulus and Remus, and more... We even managed to see Pope Benedict XVI.
