Ukraine crisis: US and allies will 'respond decisively' if Russia invades

President Biden warns that if any further action is taken to invade Ukraine then America and allies will "impose swift and severe costs on Russia".

Joe Biden spoke on the phone with Vladimir Putin for over an hour to try and de-escalate tensions between Russia and Ukraine.

The Kremlin have said the West had not put enough pressure on Ukraine to abide by the Minsk agreements.

Ukraine is a patriotic country and has been resolute and firm to defend its territorial integrity and sovereignty at any cost. Ukrainians will fight for their motherland and defend nation from any agression. Long live Ukraine.

What is wrong with us human beings—still waging wars? Why can’t nations of the world stem out war from the face of the earth? Are we not all responsible for the conflicts in our world?
