i have E3372h-607 HILINK version (Serial: Y4QDU-), i want to try change to mobile partner but failed. and now its still green blinking. and on device manager, only detect FC - Application Interface (COM4) and FC - PC UI Interface (COM3). when i try to bootpoint repair like on your video. its not showing any COM. only "HUAWEI Mobile Connect - 3G PC UI Interface". i use windows 10/64bit. shoud i change with windows 7?

not working. with no needle windows shows "unknown device" and "device was disabled it reported errors", with needle no leds blink, and a broken driver shows up with no com port, device manager freezes if you click on details in the device option of it. removing the usb device and the broken frozen device stays in device manager, you need to reboot windows to make it disappear.
