Back Heel Sweeping Kick

This is essentially a low reverse turning kick. It’s a difficult one to actually practice on a partner as it can be quite dangerous. Mr Doogan shows how it can be done safely with an effective breakfall.

Note that Mr Doogan explains in the full video that performing this technique while down on the knee is only an option on a soft surface. There are other options for hard surfaces such as outside.
