in my opinion the kick thats better over all for combat is 360 cause landing a 540 kick on someone is harder then you think it just poses intimidation

360 for stability because one foot came in ground first
540 for power the whole body in the area uses body weight

540 is just 360 but your kicking leg starts from behind adding momentum and allowing for more effective range

i’m a black belt at my tkd and i’m on a demonstration team and my instructor taught me how to do 540 round and i thought i couldn’t do it but with enough practice i can master it almost every time
