Episode #1 of the "The Price of Liberty," a series of twelve educational audio programs designed as a teaching aid for students of New York State history. This episode, titled "The Iroquois Confederacy," features the story of Doganawidah, who is destined to unite the Five Nations.
The series was directed and narrated by Howard Mashmeier and Glen Walrath and performed by the staff at radio station WPTR Albany. Scripts were written by Roger Stevens and Michael Danyla, Jr. The series was produced by the Junior Leagues of New York State in cooperation with the New York State Department of Education.
