I am only aware that potato starch paste works wonderfully in removing a pair of shoe stains on marble floor caused by silicone soles of the shoes. The photo you show of the hyperpigmentation looks like a birth Mark, which isn't the same as what you're talking about, which isn't really a big deal but made me think if this treatment would remove the brown birth Mark. Alot of people have these brown birth marks on the face this would be great if it could remove that as well, good video thanks alot❤🌞
