New 2024 Multiple Selection in Dropdowns for Google Sheets

New Feature coming out in end of August to early September in 2024! Now you can select multiple dropdown options in a cell!
This video will show how to use it (once when you have the feature) and a couple ways to count the responses.

*Sighs* I wanted to quickly correct the spot about using SPLIT(), while the method of using TRIM() does work, you can split by the entire delimiter ", " so
=ARRAYFORMULA(SPLIT(C3,", ",FALSE))
Again both work, just could be easier than I had in the video!

I've been waiting for this feature for years. This is really something that Sheets should have had 10 years ago. Maybe someday Dropdowns will support Customer Formulas

Happy they finally added this feature. been waiting for it for years. Do you know if there is a way to use the FILTER tab with multiple selections? Right now you can only filter by the exact combination of tags in the cell, not all cells that contain a specific tag (that may contain others)
