Hi, the company that I work for issued me this. If I want to go to Canada or Mexico for vacation, they told me that, with this I797C, I cannot get back to the country, is that correct? or can I use it to enter?

Dear, i applied for H1b visa and my petition is returned back to USCIS as per mail received from Consulate. After Law suit, my lawyer sent me the Affirmation Notice received from USCIS and as pet the notice, my case sent back to state department. This notice states that
“What the Official Notice Said
This is to advise you that we have reaffirmed our previous decision on the above application or petition which the Department of State had previously returned for review. We have forwarded the case back to the Department of State for action.” I sent this notice to consulate by mail but no reply. I am confused whether should i wait for the mail or i need to appointment again with Embassy/consulate. Thanks to clarify please.

Is the i797 & i797c only sent by physical mail? Will USCIS also send it online to us in the documents tab as a PDF?

Hello hoping for response, is receipt notice same as acceptance notice? I need to add a case but i cant because theres no access code below the notice date, incase they are different how long it will take before they send an acceptance notice after they send the receipt notice?

This is exactly the form I get, at the top it says This notice does not grant any immigration status or benefits, please is this denied if no what should I do next please? Thanks

I have subimitted my I751 application to remove 2 years conditional residence and uscis has sent me a I797c with the information to create my online account with reciept number and online account number. But my I797c doesnt say anything about my green card extension. Am I supposed to recieve another I797 from USCIS with Green card extension? My 2 years green card is getting expired in 2 months so I am bit concerned.
