WslRegisterDistribution Failed with Error : 0x80080005 Fix ANY ERROR CODE Kali (WSL 2 GUI)

When I ran "wsl --install kali-linux" it gave me a list of options.
I tried running it as Admin and there was no change.

I tried adding "-d" to the command changing it to this "wsl.exe --install -d kali-linux"
And the output was this

I ran kali linux and it opened another window and gave me the same error.

WslRegisterDistribution failed with error: 0x80004005
Error: 0x80004005 Unspecified error

Doesn't work.
