CrowdStrike need to be responsible for the chaos caused and pay FULL compensation to all businesses and consumers affected. Otherwise the lesson will not be learnt and it will happen again. There needs to be consequences.

I heard a story about a woman who wasn’t able to get to her brother’s funeral. While I’m sorry for those with ruined vacation plans, her story hit me hard. An already emotional, anxious time with a death of a loved one and then having to deal with this BS.

I know their pain. My flights were canceled in early June during the big storms in DFW. had to cancel and book on another airline to get to where I was going the next day; it cost me $600. otherwise it would have taken 4 days!! stood in line with at least 300 people at 2:00 AM in a rebooking line
