Confused as to how to complete the Stagger Effect Pt.3 Intel mission? Or chasing that Staggering Feat trophy? In this guide I will show you how to easily raise your stagger up over 300%+! This is also great for taking out bosses and Hard Mode.

You miss explaining that you should be in Rise & Fall 'before' it's put into stagger as per in your video. That seems key to boosting just enough time for this.

This just got notified to me now but I already beat the game twice. I'll comment with some tips. I have been able to get the stagger bar to almost 500. only possible later in the game, however.
