I love those artichoke hearts! I’ll chop them up with tomatoes and chick peas, add a tiny bit of olive oil, salt and pepper and toss with shredded lettuce and feta and serve with Naan or Pita bread 🙂

Hello Natasha. Yes, you can reuse pickle juice however you must boil it first. You can add more vinegar, water and spices before boiling so you have enough liquid to cover the pickles. You can put them in the same jar just pour boiling water into to sterilize it. Love your channel. Have fun and stay safe. Peace and Blessings.

Regarding reusing the pickle juice: when you pickle fresh cucumbers and can them you make a boiling hot liquid out of vinegar, water and pickling spices and salt. You put the cut cukes in a canning jar, pour in enough hot liquid to a little below the top. You then process the jars in boiling water for 20 minutes or so to kill the germs and make the lids seal. For the spices to work their way through the cukes, you let them sit for at least a month before eating. WIth that being said, I think you could reuse the pickle juice with fresh cukes, and leave them in your fridge for a month or so. You can also use the juice in other dishes like chili.

Natasha, yes, you can use the pickle brine to pickle cucumbers however, they won't taste exactly the same because the brine is considered "spent". Some of the salt has been absorbed by the pickles, so the subsequent cucumbers will be pickling in a less salty brine. You can also pickle hard boiled eggs in the brine (only let them sit in the brine a couple days otherwise the texture gets rubbery)

It’s chips in a pickle season ! Love the grill chips. The ginger kale salad is amazing! I dried those little yellow floral accents last year and they still look great . Bachelor buttons ? I bought some more recently. Waiting for the Jalapeño lemonade to come back for Margaritas

Earth Balance I think is the butter spread you were referring to And I'm with you about making salad dressing. I've been making my own for over a year now, and I no longer buy salad dressing. I switch up the variety I make each week.

As a cyclist, you should save that pickle juice! It's one of the best things for leg cramps. Put a little in one of those TJ juice shot bottles for rides, or you could drink some afterwards.

I need those wooden flowers. I didn't buy them when they first came out and now my TJ's doesn't have them. Hopefully they will return!
