Love proud dad moments. It's an incredible feeling as a parent/father. Mine was my little boy beating cancer finally but I think I was most proud that he never let it get him down. Not the cancer, not the chemo, nothing was going to break him. He became my inspiration in life as I'm sure this man's son is to him.

I can’t believe I’m saying this but… he might genuinely be the best rookie QB this season


Edit: yes, I’m aware the sample size is minuscule and the bar set by other rookies is quite low. But even then, you just can’t not appreciate a Mr. Irrelevant accomplishing this. And as a reminder, Trey Lance had this same roster minus CMAC but hasn’t had a game like Purdy’s first two.

I’d obviously bet against him becoming the best QB of the draft class after 10 years, but after 1 year? That’s a different story.

Man so heartwarming. Brock goes from being the last pick in the NFL draft to starting in the middle of the season and beating Tom Brady. That’s the definition of a childhood dream.
