Rogue in one of the endings directly says that she met with Michiko Arasaka. Michiko is saburo's granddaughter and leads the most modern fraction in the corporation. Interestingly, she has American citizenship and cooperates with the NUSA government. This means that Michiko probably offered Rogue security after the attack on Arasaka Tower.

so that why she rejects Johnnys advances she feels like she betrayed him

That's a fact if you chose to let Johnny have control and recruit Rouge she downright admits to working with Adam Smasher and how he helped her get the club.

Rogue saw what happened to people even like Johnny, who literally nuked the tower. She knew it was best to cooperate with the biggest fish, and they’ll allow her to keep being a fixer and running her bar. Truthfully, Johnny’s ideals were fruitless and ineffective at bringing down corporations that he hated so much. BUT he died (sort of), trying to inspire people to rebel. He died in what he believed in, and that matters significantly more than actually succeeding

Still find it odd that he's wearing Militech gear and surrounded by Militech crates

She survived. I'd imagine that was the only way to go about it after being involved with nuking the Arasaka building.

I always assumed she made an agreement with arasaka, although I don't think she did anything sexual as Grayson tried to make it. I think she simply made the deal, they got her setup for life and left her on her own

She literally admits this if you ask her at the end of the game with Johnny’s quest

She admits it when you go to Arasaka with Rouge. You can press her about it and she admits it and says she did what she had to do

She pries us about all of our team dying while we lived. She never implies that we are either a bad luck curse, nor a possible sellout and a traitor. But she does make the remark that something was off about us that seemed like worry.

I thought this was made kinda obvious from the fact that Rogue is still alive even when she is always chilled out in one of NCs most popular clubs. If she didn’t betray them, she would most definitely be in hiding.

Honestly even though Rogue has hidden where past with Smasher and Arasaka, I don’t think she’s a liar or a hypocrite. I actually find her an honest person. Rogue is clearly driven by remorse for her decisions, she admits that. And honestly Johnny is the last person who should criticise her for keeping secrets because he went behind her back with other women. Is it a betrayal of Johnny’s principles and ideals? Yes. Did Rogue did so only for self preservation because of fear of death? Yes. Did she have a choice? Yes. Does she regret it? Very much so. In fact it’s highly likely that Rogue was the one most affected by Johnny’s death. She could not get the relationship she wanted with him, and saw him dying. It turned her into a vindictive old woman who really masked herself with her no nonsense attitude because of the guilt and pain over her decisions and broken relationship with Johnny.

The thing about betrayal is that it never comes from an enemy

That venom you had at the end for Phil’s scumbaggery regarding Khet+Subaru Man and Phil not calling Rambo was absolutely brilliant 😎

She did, that’s exactly why most of them are dead but blackhand who presumably fled and retired.
If she didn’t or betrayed “after” Johnny’s death then everyone on the assault team would have survived, and morgan wouldn’t have fled, he would have finished Smasher instead (probably with Johnny, s help)

She was protected by Arasaka, which is why she's able to run a club and walk the streets without anyone bothering her. Also, it's mentioned that she did work with Smasher after the nuke.

this is something that is denoted to in edgerunners, when faraday comments to david in the afterlife that all fixers are lapdogs for corporations

She sold out Johnny and got him killed. She didn't turn after she turned before. She is just like Kiwi from edgerunners didn't want to but felt like she had to in order to survive.

I don’t think she directly betrayed anyone but I can see her at one point or another through the fifty or so years making deals to advance her position which is why the guy that’s obviously about to die is trying to turn the tables on her. I can see her making deals and providing info to arasaka but no out right allowing her friends to get killed.
