What’s funny is if you just directly ported Brawl Meta Knight into Smash Ultimate he would still probably do well against these intentionally very overpowered characters.

Ok maybe not THAT overpowered, but he would easily be several tiers above Pikachu and Steve. It’s insane how overpowered he is even compared to characters like Smash 4 Bayo or Melee Fox

I'm actually fascinated to see how brawl meta knight would do against characters in Ultimate with ultimate mechanics. The ledge hogging was a huge factor in brawl. I'd try a bo5 with a few characters. Might have some PTSD if that actually happens but until then!
