Fun fact, this is how clashes work with Olimars smash attacks work too, because their considered projectiles, olimar dosnt experience the lag of the clash, only the pikmin does, this allows olimar to punish the opponent while the pikmin is clashed with them.

Love this as a meta knight main. After they nerfed his dash attack from Smash 4, he needs as many high percent kill confirms as he can get

The thing with "the last frames of a move don't clash" is also often used with little mac's uptilt. Usually we turn away from our opponents to more or less guarantee a hit with the last frames for easy follow ups

Little Mac already has no-rebound tilts and jabs, a mechanic called "trample". If you trade with any of mac's grounded normals he powers through the clash with no end lag.

Fun Fact: Little Mac’s aerial neutral B can also do this a lot. Sometimes I use it as a mixup when landing and get a free up smash.
