Yes, our experience was what Ashutosh ji says... we were given GO for two agri related projects... babudom just didn't move it ahead.. whole of 3 years of bommaiji got wasted... non of tge good GoI policies were implemented- especially PMEG & PMFME...

It was sickening to progressive farmers.

Anyways some of us are bored with the policy makers..not law makers.
