7-Ports USB 2.0 Hub Review

This is a video review I made of a 7-ports USB hub that I purchased online.

The pros:
This is a small, cheap item, which does what it supposed to do.

The cons:
When It comes to devices that need more power supply the device might not be able to give them the electric current that they require. In this situation, you will notice those devices not able to provide their max performances (i.e. work in a lower resolution for cameras/video converter).

This device does have a socket to connect a power adapter that is supposed to solve this problem (at the moment I'm waiting for the seller's answer about that).

I got mine in today. I had to replace a Belkin 4-port USB Hub that I had since the Windows XP Era. And to my delightful surprise, I found that the power A/C Adapter that went to the old Belkin USB hub worked.

Power Transformer/AC Adapter specifications:
5 V 2.6 A
Negative outside, Positive Inside.

I got one and it seems to be 12M limited, so it is really USB 1 if you care about that.

Do you know how to remove the bottom casing? A switch of mine is broken I'd like to fix it but I think I might destroy this instead if I accidentally force it to open.
