Disney FINALLY has Some SERIOUS Competition…

There is a new animation film called King of Kings that is coming out just in time for Easter, which shows through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus. This is film for children, giving Disney a run for its money! Do I recommend it? Yes, but with a few caveats. Here is my review of the film.

Former Disney animators are also getting together and making their own animated film about Christ called Light of The World. From what I've seen, it is looking fantastic! As a believer and an animation enthusiest, I am so glad to be here for a year where we get TWO animated films about Jesus.😁

I recently found out Angel's Studios was founded by Mormon so I was at first skeptical about this movie being Biblically accurate from a Christian narrative. However, your review has given me hope and I will be taking my wife to see it this Saturday! Please pray she will understand and like it (she is not a believer, but she is always with me and respects my faith). I sense God calling her. He called me, and now I am being used to His serve His ministry.

I hope they do. For too long now Disney has been moving away from child friendly, emotional, provoking films and instead lean on gender and political idealogy.

The last time Christian animation has been competitive with Disney was the days of VeggieTales, Adventures In Odyssey, and McGee & Me! This is a welcome update.
