My Iphone 14 was under water (2 meters with strong current) for about 50 hours. It cost me a lot of nerves and time to locate it and i kept losing sight of it all the time. It was among plants in a tributary of the river Rhine. If the sun wasn't at the perfect angle, the wind wasn't blowing ideally and the current wasn't right, I couldn't see it for hours. Only rarely did it reflect. It still works perfectly and I hope it stays that way. Was able to get it out four days ago and it cost me a lot of nerves and strength. Never give up!

Had the iPhone 12 mini use to record videos under water . Shower with it . Out in the rain . Shi sum times I use to just rinse it to clean it . Until one day it started to get water actually inside . Damaged Face ID and pretty much the lcd . Wouldn’t recommend 10/10 even tho they say it’s water resistant. Just got the 14 today new yellow pretty happy !

dont try this shit with salt water lol. When they say these phones are water resistant and not water proof they mean every word of it.The more exposure to any fluid eventually your phone will RIP.

It’s all ok but iPhone charging times get indication, and after some time fast charger takes more time to charge. What that happens ? Any damages will happened future ?

Nahh mine drop in the bath tub and I couldn’t charge it for a whole night. Something with the battery was a problem but other than that it’s working. Too scared to try this
