Thoughts - James White comments on Flame's theology

Mr White shows more respect to Muslims, Mormons, and Jehovah Witnesses than he does fellow believers. Knowing he has 1,000s of followers why not care to accurately comment on other christian traditions

Thank you. This was a really good response. I don’t know who james white is but he certainly has shown himself to be a lazy scholar if he doesn’t even know what the Lcms is.

You're right, it's really not about Luther. I'm aware of three distinct types of people who want to call themselves Lutheran, and the difference is entirely based on the question, 'how do you interact with the Lutheran Confessions?'. Type 1: The Lutheran Confessions simply are your confession. This is what Lutheran should mean. Type 2: The Lutheran Confessions are your confession minus the Formula of Concord. (Finnish School) Type 3: The truth and credibility of the Lutheran Confessions is up for debate. They're not your confession but a relevant historical document.

James White is a terrible theologian and Calvinist. I can’t even stand listening to him speak for 2 min. The guy spoke here about Flame without even knowing who he’s speaking about. This reveals a level of immaturity which is embarrassing to theologians on all side.
