Promote by going to another job. Currently seen to many low performing workers get promoted. While the top heavy hitters are skipped over. Due to closing many tickets and do not have time to focus on what to prevent.

Do you feel that same way about SOC Analysts? I keep seeing that a SOC Analyst is a "great" position, but that is reactionary as well. Also around the clock, so I feel there is misinformation going around.
