One of the most heartbreaking moments in recent times was Watson not winning at Turnberry, as much as I love Seve I think Watson is possibly the greatest Open player ever

I've been around golf for over 40 years, and have never seen another swing like Seve's. Not knowing where the ball would end up have the time was part of the charm. It was majestic.

Both are All-time great golfers and are immortal in golfing history.
Seve was The most exciting and talented and dynamic golfer ever and Tom Watson was technically brilliant. They both had massive respect for each other and are among only half a dozen golfers that all you have to say is their first name and everyone knows who they are.
