We don’t have any schedules in place I’ve just going with how he has been and I’ve put him down to nap when he seem tired .

He sleep at 9pm and wakes up at 9am
Is awake till 12:30 ish and then
Naps between 1-4pm and is pretty much awake till bedtime.

I returned to work when she was 4 months old. Shes with a lovely nanny but there was a huge difference between then and now and i. Cannot keep up. Shes regressed in that she doesn't put herself to sleep anymore, we dealt well with the previous sleep regression quite well... Im getting probably 4 hours of sleep per day and i need my sleep to function at work. Im trying this today while im at home, tomorrow will do and then see if nanny can keep up. Because you helped me so much with the previous one... You know? Thank you so much for this, i hope you know how much you helped me. ❤🎉

Hi Doctor, my baby is 7months old. She seems to be sleeping very little at night because she has problems settling in her own cot. She will cry immediately after I have breastfed her and settle her in the cot. Even if she sleeps, she will turn over and cry on her belly. It happens every hour. It's been happening for weeks. She only gets 8hrs or less of sleep from waking up every hour sometimes and her naps are just as bad, she does not settle in her own cot. She likes to sleep on my nursing pillow beside my breast or while suckling. I'm at a loss what to do. Because her naps are really bad and her nights are bad too. I don't think she is sleeping enough at all. What should I do?

Omg 😱 I’m so guilty of the bedtime based on my family, I’m at home with my parents and they want to bond with baby . He is 7months old and he has one giant 4 hour nap a day .
