Deciding what type of clip-in pedals to use with your Peloton can be confusingly. Should you use the Look Delta pedals and cleats that come with your bike or should you consider Look Keo or Shimano SPD-SL? What about if you own a mountain bike? Should you use those pedals instead. Can ou reccomend any pedals that will work with SPD cleats and also include Toe Grips. there will be about 4 of us using the bike when it arrives in a couple of weeks and only 1 has spin shoes with SPD clips. after forking out for the bike i didnt want to fork out on 4 sets of new spin shoes for the family all to work with the default pedals. I just road my Pele ton first time yesterday. I was given some bike shoes and stopped at bike zone and picked up some OR8 spd-sl 5d float. They worked well had a lot of give. Do you recommend these? I am an amateur.

Question please I like to use cleats my daughter cage. Seems you can have one or the either ? So have to keep putting cage back for her to use which is annoying. Hopefully I misunderstood. I already had cleats so for not by Peleton ones.

I have cycling shoes I use for spin classes at the gym. Will these be comparable? Don’t want to buy new shoes.
If not can I just change the cleat?!
I have no idea what the S??? Codes mean. My clear says SHIMANO SM SH56 if that means anything to you?!

sounds silly but you could leave your shoes permanently attached to the pedals, right?

They’re actually called clipless pedals
