I am using menstrual cup and its my 4th day using it! I am 17 years old and i never ever touched myself before but I ordered cup because i didn't wanted to use pad or tampons cause its so harmful for our nature!
So it's my first cycle of using menstrual cup in which I started to use cup from my 3rd day of period!
I always struggled to make it opean inside of me and had to retry it many times like for 10 to 15 times and it also starts to hurt!!
But today i tried this method and in one go it opeaned I'm glad that i got to know this fold by your vedio 😊

God bless you ma’am! It’s my first time using a cup and I was about to quit after struggling for an hour in the shower. I couldn’t get it to open with the other folding techniques, but with this one I felt it pop right open. Fingers crossed it’s up there correctly lol Thank you!

I do have one question, if I still have blood coming out with the cup in does it mean it’s too low or I inserted it incorrectly?

Its my first time using a cup, i was kinda scared of getting blood on my hands but i tried and got used to it after a while, but it won't open inside, I'm gonna try again in the evening, i got so worked up while doing it. Hope this works

Will this work for soch juju firm cup? I bought it but couldn't insert it. I'm so disappointed. The diameter is 40mm and i don't see any way it could go in. It hurts when i put my fingertip in and while trying to put the cup in i think i hurt myself.
