I'm kind of in love how your bookshelf makes it look like you are standing in an old lìbrary

I really don’t mind the inserts of you in a different location. You still take the time to really discuss the book and your thoughts so it doesn’t take anything away from the video.

I listened to Dark Matter last week and shit it was so good, I keep trying to recommend it to my friends just so I'll have someone to talk to about it. Still hoping one of them tries it out

Regarding the fact that less people watch your reviews than your other videos, I personally don't always watch them because if I have already decided that I will at some point read a book that I've heard you talk about in a vlog, I try to go as blind as possible into it when the time comes and then come back to your review afterwards 😃

You could always make a mid-month wrap-up and then an end of the month wrap up. I don’t mind the inserts but thought I’d suggest it.

I agree with you on A Long Way to A Small Angry Planet. I needed some plot as well.

Love you 3000, Merphy! For loving my favorite author- Jim Butcher's writing. I totally get what you wanted to express about his writing style. Please do start Desden Files. It might take a while, but you'll just LOVE the series.

Glad you pushed through Grandmother! It wasn’t my favorite either but I still enjoyed myself.

Perfectly happy to read your reviews! I just prefer them spoiler free.

I love your reviews and enjoy watching them. I skip the spoiler parts if I plan on reading them. Though often if I know I’m not going to read them, I love hearing the spoilers too.

Oh gosh! I'd love a book talk/review on 'my grandmother'. That story just hit so hard at the end. And the way everything unraveled! The ending made all the confusion worth it for me. Oh my heart.

I definitely love all of Jim Butcher's books (and actually did a video with a general overview of his series if you're interested in picking up more of his books!). They're all so easy to read and engaging! The Dresden Files is probably my favorite urban fantasy series.

Dark Matter was fantastic! I also loved Recursion. Both of them were books I had to finish in one sitting so I could find out what happened.

I just finished Knife of Dreams (WoT #11) and it was so so SOOO good. I'm so happy the story picked up again. I'm excited to hear your thoughts on The Shadow Rising!! Also, I'm really intrigued about Dark Matter. It's definitely on my evergrowing TBR.

I watch reviews to decide if I want to give a book a chance or for what book to try next.
