How to Practice Graffiti Tutorial Letter B

Learning how to draw graffiti can be simplified off of a standard hand drawn letter. Stretch out each stroke to make the letter bold. This will get you a traditional bubble letter that can even be hard to draw some times. Following the center line will let you keep the same shape all the way around the letter. Simply drawing the outside edge can often lead to big differences between the thickness of the letter. This breaks the structure and often leads to letters that do not look good.

To turn the letter into a more wildstyle try adding extra expressions to the letter. Follow the same lines that you started with to keep the flow of the letter consistent with the internal structure. Slowly work back and fourth building the letter up as a whole. Don’t forget to take a step back and look at the letter as a whole. Make sure it still keeps the same structure as you started with. Also, be sure to let the other letters in your tag to support the structure and design choices made with the surrounding letters.

Started watching your Channel at 7:30 and I let it play while I was drawing I'm a graffiti artist from Bridgeport Connecticut I'd have been drawing since I was 5 years old we ad tagging Crews here in Bridgeport Connecticut that were definitely the best times of my life sitting in school drawing spray painting after school spray painting while in school which had black book on black book on top of black book I have more black books that I know what to do with and that is the beautiful thing about paper it's basically free and you can have a way at the paper and do you home your idea to Perfection anyways while I was listening to you I worked on a piece I did it in like 10 minutes I'm 53 years of age I don't draw everyday but I damn sure test my abilities

This cool but I was part of the “Tagging” graffiti generation of the late 70s and 80s. It was a competition when the artist had names. We sprayed abandon train cars, walls, and sneakers. There is no technical course on graffiti that can match the intuitive cultural influences of the era. Even the break dancing and rap music inspired us gave graffiti art a life and of my culture.
