Team building games stimulate positive teamwork! The reason a person has admiration for someone reveals much about himself. Therefore, in this exercise the participants gain new insight into their own and into each other’s personalities.💡

Do you like this exercise? Let’s give these variations a try:

1.   In the first round, after someone mentions whom he admires and why, you can tell the group that the people who also admire that person can raise their hands. In this way, each person sees who else in the group admires the same person as he does. This shared admiration will create bonds among people who admire the same person.
 
2.   During the third round, in which one person is told by everyone why they admire him, you can play a shorter version. In this shorter version, you choose a person and you point to another random person who will tell what he admires about that person.  In this case, don’t point to a person who already chose that person in the second round. Otherwise, he will hear the same thing again. Continue pointing to people until everyone hears from another person what he admires about him.
