Critical thinking and decision making is difficult and complicated in today's business world. The Emory Executive Education program helps clients prepare for critical thinking and decision making in the workplace. In the video, professors explain that critical thinking and decision making involve data, analysis, judgment, and opinion. Within two days of class, these professors give students different types of realistic cases and help them decipher what the right decision is and why. Then, students are given time to reflect on how they will use these new skills at their current jobs. This experiential and applied learning technique is effective in teaching students how to actively work through a situation.
