OMG I LOVE you guys - your passion and wonderful commentary is beautiful!!! I AM booked for a double Transatlantic crossing aboard QM2 for Oct/Nov 2024 for my 60th and I've watched just about every QM2 video available and YOURS is THE BEST food review by a country mile!! THANK YOU - I will DEFINITELY book the Verandah on my journey. Cheers. ps: Considering a short mini cruise on Cunard's Victoria for this Jan - 4 nights Southampton (Hamburg) just for fun and MAY go to their Verandah although I'm not a huge steak eater (VERY rare - Pittsburg rare - almost mooing) and a bit of surf for giggles.

We went a few years ago without doubt the best dining experience we have had. Everything was spot on. It was my wifes birthday and we were treated like royalty. Great value for money.

Hey Linzi and Mark...great to hear from you again - makes my Sunday :-) This restaurant really does sound delicious - never sailed with them - but maybe something I need to consider ? :-) Spencer and I are on BBC Breakfast in the morning at 08:10 if you get a chance to tune in. My wife and I will be on the QE, for the first time, in August. Your video series from your QE cruise is excellent and very informative. Since our cruise is 14 nights we were thinking of splurging and trying the Verandah one night. You made it look very appealing right up until the end when you began cutting into the 3-steak sample platter. It looks like the steaks are tough, not tender. Is that possible? Everything else looked great.

I love your reviews. I’m a little tired of hearing about the bread. Which by the way you should learn to eat properly. Break of one mouthful, then butter it and eat it. Don’t butter half the bread and tear it off in your mouth.
