It is sad how willingly people will accept AI, not realizing that the more widespread it becomes the more jobs will be lost to it and while yes AI is better at some things, it lacks other things that are either useful - or just downright essential in certain job fields.

For example, I work security, and some companies have been experimenting with AI driven robotics to patrol their properties so that they wouldn't need a human to do so. Here's the problem though, AI robots lack common sense, empathy, and sympathy when it comes to dealing with the general public, they instead go based upon whatever program they were given. Where-as a human would understand a mistake and give a person a break, that robot will NOT because as far as its programming is concerned, the person broke the rules and should be punished regardless.

The other issue outside of this is automation and we'll use cars as a prime example. Back when *HUMANS* were the ones making cars, the quality of the manufacturing with a lot higher. Now with robots doing it, the quality is much lower. Of course this isn't entirely due to automation but due to the materials used.

What scares me more, however, is AI being used when it comes to *driving.* I will never agree with, and never support, AI driven vehicles because I have no way of knowing whether they'll prioritize the driver or the general public when an accident happens.

One last thing is that a lot of companies use AI to sort through job applications, guess what? Unless you know how to trick the programmed algorithm, you'll be hard pressed to find a job.
