This tutorial is great! I got a bit excited about Angular so I started reading other tutorials on the web to learn more and im loving Angular! (ill still watch these videos, because your great at explaining things! )
The one thing that bugs me with angular is that, while I do understand what the code does, I dont really understand how it does it... (eg: directives with the link and compile functions..) Hope you can explain this when you making videos on directives! :)

Scott... great video! However, I'm not getting the same results. Is there any way you could add the source files for reference?

I am getting a new record added to the array, but the name is always "-" and the age is always 0. So, I assume the input is just never committed to the variable. BUT... I'm not seeing it. : /
