hello, which type of aluminum is this? im trying to contour cut 1050 aluminum and its really weird, at first i used 6mm 2flutes but i was getting welds on the bit, then went to 1 flute since i cant really go faster than 1000mm/min because of many curves and i get jitter. But this way i dont get the mirror finish i used to get with 2F. Also a cheap air-mist addon could help you a lot even if you only use the air to sent chips away.
what is your feed/speed for this tiny bit? :D
