By far this is one of your most interesting video.
I don’t know the character but you have raised my curiosity to know more.

Some challenges are interesting and others are so unfortunate it is difficult to find any silver lining. However, I agree that challenges are opportunities to improve ourselves and we should find solace or even rejoice at the occasion of becoming more or better in any way.

This is true
And
i was reading nietzsche a bit recently just to get some deep insight into life and i got one
He said basically the world is painful  by its nature it sucks for all of us
but nietzsche was like, doesnt matter ! We still have to say yes to life
yes to life means
Like you say always
to have a certain attitude about ourselves that we can do that as such and the technique for that is developing ourselves and becoming less reactive to "bad" experiences and not let them define us for good when we can play their meaning the way we see fit
all this is the wisdom of like many schools of thought in philosophy like stoicism too
And i want to say thnks for sharing with us all that you do brother
And i live the way you speak everyday in my life because if possible i want to be the king of my experience until the day i die
