Yeah! That stuff in cooler temps, with just enough light, frickin beautiful. A little water movement and it starts to resemble something like long grass blowing in a field. Kudos to that guy, that's some work and patience!

I have Java moss that covers all of my 20 and 10 gallon tanks. Very beneficial and they host a lot of hiding fry.

I never got mine quite that long, but I let it go in an unheated 10 gallon and over time it filled the whole bottom half of the tank. I love seeing new growth on moss!

I had java moss like that, but it flourished a bit too much. Started to choke out most of my plants so I moved it to a different tank. Eventually I hope to make a tank with java moss only, since it's so pretty on its own

Mine is trying to do this in a shrimp tank, with natural light and some supplemental from an old Aqueon light. But with the natural light I've just started having some hair algae probs that seem to be inhibiting the java moss. Besides the prob of having to scrape the sides ev week from the natural light pouring in... But I've got really happy shrimp!

I have only 1 tank in my basement I got just 1 or 2 little strands attached to a few plants I got from petco 1 year later it filled the whole 30 long it became invasive 😂😂😂😂

Had some moss like this, but then I increased the light and it was swallowed by algae :/
