I am getting same error all the time when i am trying to run curl localhost:4243/_ping command. It says curl(7) failed to connect to localhost port 4243: connection refused. I also tried any other ports too like 8080 5000 etc but still getting same error, what am i suppose to do.

Hi I am suck in the part where ou restart the docker services. it returns an error saying docker: service unrecognised. Please help me out.
